Praça Building is located in the heart of São Paulo’s historical center and houses Arena B3, a venue to host various B3 events. The building also has its own restaurant, an operations center and meeting rooms.
If you choose to travel by car or taxi, Praça Building is located on a pedestrian street (pedestrian precinct) and traffic is forbidden for vehicles.

By taxi | ride-hailing service
1. Inform the driver the following:
Regular taxi: Tell the driver that you are going to Rua Boa Vista, 263 in downtown São Paulo, and that you want to get off near Rua João Brícola.
Ride-hailing service: In the Uber or other app, enter the address Rua Boa Vista, 263, downtown São Paulo. When you get in the car, tell the driver that you want to get off near Rua João Brícola.
2. Getting off the car:
When you get off at the stop, check if you’re on the odd or even numbered side of Rua Boa Vista.
If you got off on the even numbered side, simply cross the street at the traffic light right opposite Rua João Brícola.
If you got off on the odd numbered side, head to Rua João Brícola.
3. Walk to Praça Building:
Once you find Rua João Brícola, walk straight ahead for approximately 100 yards (about a 1-minute walk) and turn right at Praça Antônio Prado, then continue for another 30 yards.
Praça Building will be on your right hand side. Its facade is quite striking, as seen in the photo above.
4. Getting to Praça Building:
When you enter the building, a member of B3 staff will be there to help you.
By car
1. Paid parking lots:
There are three parking lots near Praça Building, all located on Rua Boa Vista. Here are some nearby options:
- Buena Vista Park: R. Boa Vista, 192 – Centro Histórico de São Paulo, SP, 01014-000
- Garage: R. Boa Vista, 280 – Centro Histórico de São Paulo, SP, 01014-000
- Estacionamento Jockey Park: R. Boa Vista, 274 – CentroHistórico de São Paulo, SP, 01010-001
2. App to the parking lot:
Use a navigation app (such as Google Maps or Waze) and enter the address of your chosen parking lot to get the best route.
3. After parking:
The route to Praça Building may change depending on your chosen parking lot:
- Garage and Estacionamento Jockey Park: Cross the street toward Rua João Brícola.
Buena Vista Park: Go down Rua Boa Vista until it meets Rua João Brícola.
Once you find Rua João Brícola, walk straight ahead for approximately 100 yards (about a 1-minute walk) and turn right at Praça Antônio Prado, then continue for another 30 yards.

By subway
1. Plan your route:
São Bento Station on the blue subway line (Linha Azul) is the best option. There are also several bus lines going to downtown São Paulo .
If you choose to take the subway, when you arrive at São Bento Station, follow the signs for Rua Boa Vista (Saída C).
2. Getting off São Bento Station:
After exiting the station, look for Rua João Brícola.
If you exited on the right hand side of Rua Boa Vista, simply cross the street. There is a traffic light directly opposite Rua João Brícola.
If you exited on the left hand side, head to Rua João Brícola.
3. Walk to Praça Building:
Once you reach Rua João Brícola, walk straight ahead for approximately 100 yards (about a 1-minute walk) and turn right at Praça Antônio Prado, then continue for another 30 yards.
