Realizada na cidade de São Paulo, a B3 Week é um dos principais eventos do Brasil dedicados ao mercado de capitais. Em 2026, acontecerá de 14 a 16 de setembro e proporcionará uma imersão aprofundada em temas que influenciam, transformam e impulsionam o setor financeiro. O evento estimula a interação entre participantes locais e investidores não residentes, revelando novas oportunidades de negócios e fortalecendo a conexão com a indústria brasileira. Em 2025, o escopo foi ampliado para incluir temas de interesse de outros participantes relevantes do mercado, como gestores de recursos, hedge funds e instituições buy-side. PAINELISTAS

Previously, he served as Deputy Governor for Economic Policy at the Central Bank of Brazil from 2022 to 2025, where he was a voting member of the Monetary Policy Committee and oversaw research, statistics, and monetary policy communication. Before joining the Central Bank, he was Chief Economist at Itaú Asset Management and Senior Economist at Gávea Investimentos. He has also taught macroeconomics and international finance at Insper and PUC-Rio. His research, published in both academic and policy journals, focuses on international finance and macroeconomics, with particular emphasis on monetary policy and central banking. Diogo holds a PhD in Economics from Princeton University and a BA in Economics from PUC-Rio.

Diogo Lima is Co-Head of Global Markets LatAm at UBS, with extensive experience in equity derivatives, structuring, and client coverage across Latin America. He currently co-leads the Global Markets business in the region, overseeing regional strategy, revenues, risk discipline, and the integration of the former Credit Suisse investment banking business in Brazil into the UBS platform. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams, originated and executed complex transactions, and served as a trusted advisor to strategic clients. Diogo holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from UNICAMP and a Certificate in Quantitative Finance from the CQF Institute.

Fernando Honorato Barbosa is currently chief economist and director of Economic Studies at Bradesco. He is also coordinator of the Macroeconomic Advisory Group of Anbima, guest member of the G100 and of the Chief Economists Community of the World Economic Forum. He has a Top-Voice from Linkedin, with more than 78k followers. During his 23 years at Bradesco, he has held several positions. He was executive superintendent and chief economist, as well as responsible for the credit and equity research areas of Bradesco Asset Management (2011-2016), deputy chief economist at the Bank's Economics Department (2008-2011), chief economist at Bradesco BBI (2007-2008) and senior economist at Bradesco from 2003 to 2007. He has more than 27 years of experience in economic analysis and has articles published in magazines, newspapers and books in Brazil and abroad. As well as his experience with Bradesco, he also worked for BBVA, BankBoston and Rosenberg & Associados. Fernando Honorato Barbosa has a master's and a degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP), PMD in management by IESE and an AMP from MIT. His academic work focuses on the Brazilian foreign sector and macroeconomic policies since Plano Real. He is a regular participant in events hel by the Brazilian Central Bank, National Treasury, IMF and the World Economic Forum.

Jerson Zanlorenzi is a partner and head of BTG Pactual’s equities and derivatives desk. Graduated in Business Administration and Accounting from Ibmec-RJ, he has also participated in the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and has experience in sales trading, asset management, and specializes in products. He was the creator of the largest Morning Call in Brazil and is currently the host of Radar do Investidor, the bank’s biweekly podcast.

John Fischer is Head of Market Structure and Business Development at Citadel Securities. In this role, he leads the firm’s exchange partnerships and market structure strategy across the Americas and EMEA. Prior to joining Citadel Securities, John spent nearly a decade at the New York Stock Exchange in senior roles spanning Strategy, Business Development, and Research. Most recently, he served as Director of Strategy and Business Development, where he was responsible for U.S. Options commercial policy and strategic growth initiatives for the exchange. John has served on a number of industry and board positions, including the MEMX Holdings Board, the MIAX SRO Board, the STA Listed Options Committee, and the Listed Options Market Structure Working Group, among other industry committees.

Judith Casasampere is Senior Global Institutional Sales professional at Interactive Brokers., based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She works with RIAs, wealth managers, family offices, asset managers, banks, and broker-dealers across the Americas and Europe, helping firms leverage global market access, institutional custody, advisor technology, and scalable trading solutions. With extensive experience in institutional onboarding and cross-border investing, Judith specializes in supporting financial institutions as they expand internationally. She is also the host of IBKR Podcasts en Español and regularly contributes to industry discussions on wealth management, technology, and the evolving financial services landscape.

Lucas Rabechini, Diretor de Produtos de Trading e Offshore na XP Inc. e trabalha na XP Inc. há mais de 11 anos. Com mais de 19 anos de experiência no mercado financeiro, foi anteriormente Head de Ações e Derivativos. Formado em Matemática Aplicada pela USP, com mestrado em Engenharia Financeira pela New York University, mestrado em Pesquisa Operacional pela Columbia University e OPM pela Harvard University.

Lucas Rabechini, Director of Trading and Offshore Products at XP Inc., and has been working at XP Inc. for more than 11 years. With more than 19 years of experience in the financial market, he previously served as Head of Equities and Derivatives. He holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of São Paulo (USP), a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from New York University, a Master's degree in Operations Research from Columbia University, and has completed the OPM program at Harvard University.

Olivier Smit is Derivatives Market Structure Manager at Optiver, covering exchange strategy, cross-border market structure and regulatory developments across Brazil and Europe. He leads Optiver's market-structure engagement in Brazil and is responsible for positioning the firm effectively across evolving market and regulatory landscapes. Olivier began his career at Optiver, trading U.S. equity index derivatives, giving him a practitioner's perspective on liquidity provision, product design and market structure.
